  • Quote and consultation forms: name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, the service you're interested in, your project timeline, and anything else you choose to tell us about your project.
  • SMS and communications: if you opt in to text messages, we collect your phone number, your consent record (including the time and page of opt-in), and the content of your replies (including STOP/HELP requests). Call and email communications with us may also be logged.

Information collected automatically

  • Analytics and technical data: pages visited, referring URLs and campaign parameters (such as UTM tags), device and browser type, and approximate location derived from IP address. We use this to measure marketing and improve the site.

  • To match your project with a licensed local remodeling contractor and book your free consultation;
  • To contact you about your request by phone, text (with your consent), or email;
  • To operate, measure, and improve our website and marketing;

3. How we share information

  • Contractor partners: when you request a consultation, we share your contact details and project information with the licensed contractor(s) matched to your project so they can perform the consultation you requested. This is the core of our service and the reason you give us your information.
  • Service providers: vendors that operate our website, CRM, messaging, and analytics under contractual confidentiality obligations, and only to provide services to us.
  • Legal: when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

SMS data: mobile phone numbers, opt-in data, and SMS consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data is used solely to operate the True Home Remodel Alerts program.

4. Text messaging

SMS messaging is governed by our SMS Terms. Consent to receive texts is optional and not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

  • Non-discrimination — we will never penalize you for exercising these rights.

To exercise any of these rights, email admin@truehomeremodel.com with the subject line “Privacy request”. We will verify your identity using the contact details in our records and respond within the timeframe required by law. You may use an authorized agent by providing written permission.

8. Children

Our services are for homeowners 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data. No internet transmission is completely secure; please contact us if you suspect any misuse of your information.
